The Civil Division is supported by the In-house Biomedical Department, which undertakes the design / engineering, installation, testing and commissioning of the Mechanical – Heating, Ventilation, and Air conditioning, Small Power and Lighting and Plumbing works for the Buildings including specialized Operation Theatre, Health Centre, Family Clinics, Hospitals, etc.

The Division specializes in fast-track projects consisting of high-speed construction works using the latest formwork technology, alternate  methodologies, offsite precast construction and has its own Design and Engineering Team.
